But before I dip into useful information I will tell you my story which inspired me to build this site and brought me here today to tell it to you.
My backyard, before I turned it into a garden, was rather bare and plain, in other words seemingly boring. For years I tried to forge a plan for its redecoration, but somehow I was always hung up on what exactly should I do. Maybe my laziness was to blame, but since I’m not that prone to blaming myself, I’ll blame you 
just kidding.
One day while I was at my friend’s house and we were barbecuing and relaxing with a glass of beer at his front lawn, I realized how dumb I was all this time. I saw a simple garden bench in his yard. Actually it was something more between classic park benches and a wooden garden bench. It was very old and not been used in years. Now, I wasn’t that crazy to take it but that is how I got the idea for my backyard.
Now, equipped with my crazy new thought, I was relentless in searching for a proper bench for my garden. But before my new un-bought garden bench was able to take place in my green area I had to do some basic cleaning stuff. That old broken children swing was driving me crazy so this was a perfect excuse to get rid of it! Grass needed to be cut, fences were dying for a decent paint job and I needed a few beers while I was slaving around.
OK, five hours and five gallons of sweat later I was all set and ready to hit the stores, both online and “offline”. But as it turned out, Internet was an ideal place to scout for interesting models of garden benches. The problem was same as always – there were too many items to choose from. I realized I was going to face a second hell in the same day, lucky me.
After thorough search I finally decided to buy one nice garden bench. At the end I’m glad it was all over. But, in this process I have learned a lot about where to find a good garden bench, from what material are they built, with what setting they would go along. So I decided to create a site where people can get informed about such details.
